Automotive Integrity Alliance exists to protect consumers and elevate ethical businesses — not to maximize membership count.
We Say No When:
- A business pressures customers into unnecessary repairs
- Pricing is intentionally misleading
- Sales tactics rely on fear, confusion, or concealment
- The owner dismisses integrity concerns as “just how the industry works”
- The business wants the badge but resists accountability
Why This Matters
Every “yes” costs us credibility.
Every justified “no” strengthens the Alliance.
Our Commitment
We would rather be:
- Smaller
- Slower Growing
- More selective
Than compromise the trust we are trying to rebuild.
